One of the ports in Indonesia with three quays that capable of handling general cargo, dry bulk, and passenger transportation. In 2022, a Detailed Engineering and Design (DED) study was conducted for all port facilities as part of the port development initiative.

Including metocean analysis, such as hindcasting wind data, as well as conducting numerical simulations for hydrodynamics and sedimentation.

Performing structural design and analysis for coastal structures (quays, breakwaters, reclamation) and offshore structures, including mooring analysis.

Marine Renewable Energy

Conducting calculations for renewable energy potential and designing renewable ocean energy generation devices.

Conceptual Planning

Preparing planning documents, from feasibility studies to master plans.

Project Management

Including risk management strategies, mitigation plans, and performance evaluations, ensuring the successful and sustainable operation of the port once completed.

Port Cooperation Assistance

Assisting stakeholders in the development of port concession agreements and Public-Private Partnerships (PPP) or KPBU (Kerjasama Pemerintah dan Badan Usaha)
